Aileen N. Falcon founded Falcon Law Firm, P.A. in 2020. Her practice primarily focuses in civil litigation, focusing in insurance law. Aileen has the unique advantage of having been a defense attorney, representing insurance companies, which provides her with insights into defense trial tactics and how to anticipate and prepare for them.

Aileen is a cum laude graduate of St. Thomas University School of Law. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Florida International University and certification in paralegal studies from University of Miami.

Aileen was born and raised in South Florida by her parents, who migrated from Cuba in their adolescent years. In 2018, Aileen married her husband Alexander, who is in the United States Army National Guard. In January 2020, Aileen and Alexander welcomed their first child, a daughter.
